Living Well Co.
Brain health and longevity for women

Your mother’s story doesn’t have to be yours.

Have you ever…

…forgotten a simple word mid-sentence, like “colander” or “whisk,” and felt your stomach drop?

…walked into a room, forgotten why, and quietly wondered is this how it started for her?

…sat across from your mother while she asked the same question for the third time, and smiled so she wouldn’t see you were scared?

…googled “early signs of Alzheimer’s” at 1 a.m., then closed the tab because you didn’t want to know?

…blamed the fog on sleepless nights, little ones, or perimenopause, and still had a small voice asking what if it’s more?

…felt like you were grieving someone who is still here?

…promised yourself you’d “do something about it” but had no idea where to start, because every article says something different?

If any of these made you pause, you’re not alone, and you’re not overreacting. You’re a daughter who has seen up close what dementia takes, and you want a different future for yourself.

Welcome. I’m Alejandra, a certified integrative nutrition health coach and brain coach. I help women with a family history of dementia take simple, research-informed steps for their brain health, starting today.

Your family history isn't the whole story

A short message from me to you, for every daughter who has wondered, "Will this happen to me?"

This is for you if...

  • Your mother, father, aunt, uncle or grandparent has dementia or Alzheimer’s, and you think about your own risk more than you say out loud

  • You’re juggling caregiving, work, kids, or all three, and your own health keeps landing at the bottom of the list

  • You’ve noticed brain fog, word-finding moments, or a shorter fuse, and you want to understand what’s normal and what isn’t

  • You’re tired of conflicting advice and want guidance grounded in research

  • You’d rather act now, in your 30s, 40s, or 50s, than wait and wonder

  • The modifiable risk factors: what research says you can actually influence

Inside you’ll get: weekly videos, worksheets, action steps, and challenges, released one week at a time so you’re never overwhelmed. You’ll also get live group coaching calls with me every quarter, bonus guided meditations, and a full year of access.

Why I Do This Work

I spent years in pharmaceutical sales, seeing what happens after a diagnosis. Now I focus on everything that comes before it. Research shows that nearly half of dementia cases are linked to risk factors we can change. Everything I teach is built around that hopeful truth.

Meet your Longevity Brain Health Coach

Hi, I’m Alejandra.

After 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, I saw how often women only got help once something was already wrong. So I became a certified integrative nutrition health coach and brain coach, focused on what comes before a diagnosis.

I also know firsthand that the brain can change. After years of carrying so much trauma, I didn’t believe my brain could ever feel calm or clear again. But slowly, with a lot of healing work and the same daily habits I teach (sleep, nutrition, movement, stress care and brain training), it did. In 2025, when I measured my brain age, it came back 4 years younger than my actual age. I never thought that was possible for me.*

Research suggests nearly half of dementia cases are linked to risk factors we can change. I’m here to help you start, in simple ways that fit your real life.

Because living well isn’t just about adding years to your life. It’s about adding life to your years.

Client Review
As the daughter of someone living with Alzheimer's, I have become increasingly motivated to do everything I can to reduce my own risk of developing the disease. In addition to lifting weights and eating healthier, I decided to start brain coaching with Alejandra. After doing the same job for 30 years, I wanted to find new ways to stimulate my brain and really push myself outside of my comfort zone. The sessions have been both stimulating and rewarding, forcing me to think in new ways and build new neural pathways.
