Hi, I’m Alejandra.

Entrepreneur, certified health coach, wife, and mom of 2 with over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Raised in a dysfunctional environment, I battled chronic fatigue, weight issues, restrictive eating, medications, and emotional turmoil for years. Through research, trial and error, and various therapies, I transformed my life and now passionately help others reclaim their well-being.

My mission is to guide individuals in feeling good, looking the way they desire, and realizing their worth, recognizing that healing ourselves is crucial to becoming the person we aspire to be, and to ultimately live well for longer.
